Ill Conceived Complaint and also untimely, premature.

I was whining and complaining about not getting any feedback about my story and then I checked my email today and I got 7 messages from people telling me that they either like it a lot, like it a little, are indifferent to it, or sort of were annoyed by it. If I were to do a poll, it would like like this:

Please mark whether or not you 7-10 LIKED IT A LOT, 4-7 LIKED IT A LITTLE, 1-4 WERE INDIFFERENT TO IT, or 7-10 WERE ANNOYED BY IT.

There would not be a HATED IT numbering system and those who liked it a lot and those who liked it not at all and were annoyed would be indistinguishable. That is why I am not a professional pollster. I heard about non-professional pollsters this afternoon on the McLaughlin Group. They were saying that the Zogby Poll is not done by professional pollsters. I was so offended because I bet Zogby worked really hard on that.
