and then some lady said this:

I don't see the resemblance



I've asked my family to weigh in on this controversy. We have a family email list and it is all abuzz with questions and comments. Actually, they are ignoring me and have moved on to other things. I have not.

Update: Concerning the Amanda-Mick resemblance, discussed in your comments to yesterday's post: I did have many a night's revel as a randy underclassman, but so far as I recall my revels did not take me to Oregon. So -- even though a public reconciliation with a long-lost daughter would be a cherished thing -- I think this may just be another case of great minds looking alike.
