I only have 15 minutes before class starts. I haven't done the reading for class today but I have a good reason. I got my new laptop in the mail yesterday!!!! So guess what I am doing? Blogging on my new laptop at the coffee place in the library between class! I am sooo totally with it now. Totally with the times. You can't stop me. I'm on fire! Sweet. Now I just need an i-pod and my life will be complete. Completely Complete. Maybe next quarter when I get my next financial aid check. Just kidding.
Cute things Jack said recently:
Me: Isn't it late at night and time for you to go to bed?
Jack: No, cause me and my dad, we're nocturnal.
and also,
Jack: Why do I get so many time outs?
Me: Why do you think?
Jack: I don't know. Is it when I turn things upside down?
Me: Did you turn something upside down that you weren't supposed to turn upside down?
Jack: I don't know. Maybe that's why.
This prompted a quick look around the house to see if he had turned something upside down that wasn't meant to be upside down. He hadn't that I could see so I can only assume this is something he did at his mom's house.
and also he often states now a days, "That's crazy. You are cracking me up. You silly old bear." Which I think is very cute.
Not so cute - Jack to my brother: Are you and Mandy going to get married?
That poor kid is going to be so confused for a good long time.

It is sooo cool !!! I just down loaded all the pictures and songs and things that were stored up in my gmail account. So much fun stuff! I did get the cd's you sent and was able to install the microsoft office stuff but not the anti virus one. I've been just sitting in the libarary for an hour now doing awesome things!!
PS you need to update your profile, you no longer work in a dead-end job! now you are a glitzy, devil-may-care college student! With a lap-top.
